The Glavcom design team is a one stop complete solution for all your project needs. We strive to offer our clients cost-effective and innovative designs that will enhance the aesthetics of the project whilst getting the most from your dollar.

We achieve this through our design team, comprising over 50 years of combined experience and knowledge within the joinery industry. The team focus on building and maintaining client relationships; integrating new products and trends into our repertoire; undertaking continuous professional development, and surpassing our clients’ expectations for each and every project.

These values and attitudes are core to our design team’s credo, which we consider paramount to our success over the years.

Our professional team consists of; two estimators, four designers, one cost planner and two programmers, and is overseen by Frank Pace, our most senior and experienced member of the design team. He consistently leads our team by providing an in-depth commitment to high-quality service: not superficial attention to clients’ needs but a genuine proactive interest in the projects goals and the targets to be achieved.
